This is actually our spin on a Greek seasoning. From a heavy crust on a prime rib or tri-tip, to a good dusting on your favorite steak, this stuff is definitely Badass! When using this one, high heat is your friend. It comes off quite salty until fired off, then creates a wonderful savory profile. When used on a pellet grill, go lighter with it, you won't have enough heat to mellow the saltiness. When used properly, it's sure to become a favorite!
